LED Lighting - Patent Technology Trends in Korea and other key countries COB LED

To analyze patents, 13,738 data crude patent information that was obtained by repeating applicant for patent search each company for 6 rounds, 735 patents validated in LED Chip-on-Board were selected by removing duplicate patents and patents of other technology areas (noise). The 735 Patent validated fall in chip mounting technology, encapsulation technology, the technology of multi-chip array, PCB technology, luminous efficiency technology and heat dissipation technology.
