LG display technologies offer for Manchester City FC after being registered as official partner club digital LED display on a two-year contract. The news comes after more than 360 digital LED screens were installed by LG at Etihad Stadium premium suites, the boxes and fan concourses before the new football season launch. The agreement will allow LG to use the players club crest and advertising, packaging and point of sale materials and brand will benefit from advertising in the match day program. Tom Glick, commercial director and chief operating officer for Manchester City FC, said: "The digital overhaul of our contests stadium and entertainment facilities is just the beginning of our exciting partnership with LG." Further improvements are planned for our fans in the coming months and look forward to the Etihad Stadium and City Football Academy showcase world-class products from LG. "LG has provided more than 320 flat LED displays for the city of the club's youth due to open next summer. In other digital developments, the club announced in May that the stadium Wi-Fi was launched after similar measures from other top clubs, including Liverpool.
